My Timeline

One of the problems I face with my web log is, how to organize the growing number of postings , to create some kind of Index? One day I decided to set up a timeline. At first it was very simple, including only major events and my location as I traveled. But then I added more and more detail, until I found myself tight on space, really wondering if I should expand the scale. But I managed to cram most of what I wanted to into the space I had. As I was figuring out how to do this, one important requirement was the ability to embed clickable links into the timeline. Links  to various web log postings, as I have done.

So Note: Any GREEN BOX is a link to a posting on the web log.

This process has illustrated to me is how many large gaps there are and that there is a lot of work to do if I ever want my web log to even approach a complete narrative of my retirement. 

So I outlined in Orange boxes that may, one day, be linked to additional web log posting, if I ever create those postings.
